WW2 photo of German Wehrmacht non-commissioned officer (NCO)
Shoulder epaulets would appear to be for an Oberfähnrich (Senior Ensign), the Oberfeldwebel epaulette (additional with two silver strips), worn with officer's uniform. The two bands on each coatsleeve would identify as First sergeant.
Measures 6.5 X 8.5 x 6.5 cm.
