Shipping & Returns

Shipping

I ship your items within a couple of days of your payment clearing. I use a cardboard backed envelope as a starting point, with your items inside a plastic sleeve and/or other protective product (cardboard, bubble-wrap, etc). Having been a collector for many years, I've seen the best and worst of packing. I aim to get you your purchase in the same condition as it leaves my store.

I try to be economical in shipping costs. Some very large items may have special shipping arrangements (UPS,etc..). There are no additional shipping charges.

Shipping times are standard Canada Post delivery standards.

I also have access to a service that uses USPS and Asendia as shipping items. These services tend to be lower cost than Canada Post, but delivery times may be slower. On occasion, I will use these services. They provide basic tracking, but no signature confirmations.

I declare the sold value for the item(s). I cannot be responsible for any custom or duty charges that your country may assess.

As always, if you have any questions or special shipping requests, let me know.

Returns

I try to describe my items as best I can. This includes flaws, which are not uncommon with older items. I hope that the number and quality of photos give a good representation of what is for sale.I want both of us to know what is being offered.

However, there may be a time when an item is received and you are not happy for some reason. I only ask that within 30 days of receiving the item, you email me with the problem and include photos as needed. If all is in order, you can return to me the item and I will refund your purchase costs once received.

This is a world of trust and I hope I can earn yours.

As always I appreciate any feedback and questions. Improvement is always a goal.
