UK early 1900s, winter/XMAS ephemera oddity

$20.00 CAD

| /

Interesting and scarce seasonal ephemera item. Small paper item with embossed images of a leaf, a shepherd and his flock of sheep, and an ornament on a string hanging from a branch.

Note the ornament is an early image of a symbol of auspiciousness and good luck for most of the Western world until the 1930s, before the flip image of it became associated with an evil ideology.

Printed in England

Images are embossed. Two sides flip open vertically, blank interior
