Medieval handwritten two-sided vellum page from French Book of Hours. Large gold illuminations with floral elements on outer border of each page. Some letters have some coloring in them. Many illuminated letters on both pages, one letter is especially well done (see photo)
Gothic Latin script with some words in colour also. Note top line of front page has extra calligraphy to three letters.
Some browning along top edge of page, binding side of page bit gnawed with few small stains, blank space at bottom of pages bit worn and smudgy, yellowing on edge with floral illumination.
