Kids are holding two flags: a Union Jack and an 1874 Canadian ensign with a Union Jack in the UL corner, and emblem with the then seven provinces in the LR. It was used from 1874-1892.
There is a rural Wilmot Township near Waterloo Ontario, match(?).
Mounted on cardboard card.
