Based on handwriting on another photo I am selling, photo could be by Lynn Short, Beaver Alaska.
Lynn Short's name appears in an 1913 issue of Camera Craft:
"3496 — Lynn Short, Beaver, Alaska. 3*4x5*4, developing paper, of native types, and Yukon River views; for miscellaneous..."
Based on ‘KRUXO' photographic paper used, photo dates from 1911-1922
