Written on negative: “NIQUIDET AND SON HAULING 600 BUSHELS OF FLAX THROUGH THE SNOW 45 MILES TO GULL LAKE    Photo by Kelsey

On back dated ‘20 juillet 1913’ (20th July), Canadian stamp and postmark “LEITCH----" and mailed to France.

Based on given information, it can be assumed the postmark is Leitch Creek Nova Scotia which, along with Gull Lake, is on Cape Breton Island Nova Scotia.

Toning right side of front and left side of back. Crease UL corner. Indentation from back postmark cancellation appears UL side.
