Photo postcard of a parade in Halle city centre. On both sides of street are people holding umbrellas, lined up to watch. At the front are dignitaries and military officers walking.

Behind them are cavalry soldiers. One horse has a banner that says “Halleseher…”.

They are followed by a float, the front of which has a banner “Allgemeiner…”. Also on the float are several pennants.

Halle is the largest city of the German state of Saxony-Anhalt,

Some buildings have banners, one has wreath/garlands.
