Scrap book belonging to James Calvin Cooley (1868-1948), 6-goal polo player. He started it when he was in hospital in NYC. Completed from his home in Westbury L.I.

On inside front cover:

Went to hospital (Ruptured Crippled) Labor Day 1931
Left there a week before Christmas. To Westbury and was in bed in sitting room till February. When I went South. Do this scrap book takes in early months of 1932 though started in winter of 1931
