Nicholas Robson Town of Clinton (Merchant), Thomas Stanbury Town of Clinton, and George Stanbury Township of Stanley (Farmer) are bound unto the Municipal Council of Clinton. All three commit to payment in the amount of $4000 each, to be paid to the Municipal Council.
NIcholas Robson will execute to duties of Treasurer for the Town.
