We, Edward Dinsley, Village of Clinton, in the County of Huron and Province of Canada, Hotel-Keeper, as well as David Dickenson (Gentleman) and Robert Paterson (Baker) are bound unto the municipal Corporation of the Village as follows: Edward Dinsley in the sum of $200, and David Dickenson and Robert Paterson in the sum of $100 each.

Harriatt Rance thus agrees to follow regulations respecting keeping and conducting Hotels, Taverns, Inns and Houses and Places of Public Entertainment.

Signed by all three, as well as municipal representative John Dinsley, on 5th March 1872.

Nice red seals.
