We, Harriatt Rance, Village of Clinton, in the County of Huron and Province of Canada, Hotel-Keeper, as well as Wllliam Rattenburg and Isaac Rattenburg also Hotel-Keepers are bound unto the municipal Corporation of the Village as follows: Harriatt Rance in the sum of $200, and Wllliam Rattenburg and Isaac Rattenburg in the sum of $100 each.

Harriatt Rance thus agrees to follow regulations respecting keeping and conducting Hotels, Taverns, Inns and Houses and Places of Public Entertainment.

Signed by all three, as well as municipal representative James Higgins, on 5th March 1872.

Also signature along side stating 'Approved'.

Nice blue seals.
